Who are we...... 

I am a Mortgage Broker who loves to knit and crochet in my downtime (one way to not think about numbers) and my husband works in marketing so a vast difference to a yarn dyeing business.  Well not really, my husband is a Product Developer who specialised in formulation when he studied at Uni and my love for yarn has been with my all my life.  My dream was always to open a yarn shop (back then it was a physical store however life has changed to online) which has become a reality.

I stopped knitting for many years after moving from NZ which is much cooler to the heat of Queensland 24 years ago.  I picked up the needles again after I found out that I was about to become a Nanna and the rest is history - addiction was guaranteed.  Back many moons ago I used to only knit with Pure Wool and was a little disappointed when I found it hard to find the colour, ply, drape, softness that I wanted to knit with here.  I then decided to see if I could source some yarn and then dye exactly what I wanted to satisfy my need for pure wool that was not treated.
