Non Superwash Wool (Corriedale)
Our 100% Pure Wool Range and Specialty Blend products are quite special to us. We both were born in NZ and had access to gorgeous 100% pure wool growing up and hence when I started this little business I wanted to bring the joy of knitting with it to our clients.
There are so great properties of 100% natural fibres such as:
- Breathable & they absorb moisture which will evaporate in the air
- Odour resistent
- Great memory retention
- Provides warmth
- 100% Biodegradable
- 100% Natural Product
As it is pure wool and a natural fibre, you will need to hand wash in cool water to protect from felting and shrinkage. It is a small price to pay as pure wool when knitted will hold it's shape for years to come. You may get a little pilling however that is quite normal as the short fibres can come to the surface. Just remove gently and your garment will be as good as new.
